Hi! I’m Amelia Silvestro, a graphic designer originally from Boston, Massachusetts. In May 2026, I will receive my BA in Studio Art with a concentration in graphic design from Salve Regina University, followed by my MBA in 2027. I specialize in branding for businesses, including ads, logos, products, packaging, and social media content. My goal is to create work that is lively and fun, but also has a sharp, humorous edge. My dark humor is an inspiration for many of my pieces.

My work encompasses a broad range of branding elements for businesses, including advertisements, logos, products, and social media content. At the core of my creative approach is one of my strengths: humor. I grew up on the North Shore of Boston, near Salem. The history, legends, and eerie charm have always been present in my life, and those aspects have made their way into my work. As a result, I often lean into dark humor. I try to balance darker themes with bright and energetic color palettes.

Whether I’m designing a package for a product, a poster for a play, or a logo for a business I focus on bold typography and strong color choices to create a visually striking look. My process often starts with a clever pun, wordplay, or visual twist, which I then push further through sketches. I enjoy the challenge of weaving humor into design principles, creating work that entertains at a first glance while encouraging viewers to look more closely. I want my work to spark curiosity, form connections, and invite people into a world where wit and simplicity coexist in a bold and expressive way. As an artist I am open to and can adapt to a consumer's vision of their brand and I look forward to those challenges.
